Erni Davis

Erni is the founding Partner of Switzer Group a full service Private Wealth and Financial Consulting Firm focused on family owned small to medium size businesses in a variety of industries. Erni established Switzer Group in 2003.
Prior to Switzer Group, Erni was a Managing Partner at Concord Partners, a multi-disciplinary Consulting Firm. Erni was responsible for the firm’s accounting and financial service offerings. The firm specialized in high tech and high growth companies many of which are notable publicly traded companies today. Erni also worked in public accounting with McGladrey Pullen focusing on small to medium businesses and nonprofits.

Other accomplishment include the sale of a wholly owned subsidiary of Switzer Group to Crowe Horwath and founder of the INVESTIndiana Equity Conference. Also, Erni currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Hubbard & Cravens.

Volunteer and Professional designations include, Indiana Sports Corporation Board Member, Butler University Dean’s Advisory Board Member, AICPA Council Member at Large, former Indiana CPA Society Executive Board Member and Vice Chairwoman, former Entrepreneurial Alliance of Indiana President, former Small Business Administration Chairwoman, former IU Kelley School of Business Alumni Association Board Member.

Erni has an undergraduate accounting degree from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business, and an MBA from Butler University. Erni is a Certified Public Accountant.
